The relationship is a technology platform and an independent business:
- LexoVisa licenses the website platform to independent immigration professionals.
- Those professionals operate their own businesses independently.
- They are solely responsible for professional advice, consultations, and immigration or legal services they offer.
- LexoVisa provides only the digital infrastructure supporting those businesses.

What LexoVisa does not do

- LexoVisa does not provide immigration or legal services.
- LexoVisa does not issue visas, passports, residency permits, or citizenship certificates.
- LexoVisa does not represent itself as a government authority.
- LexoVisa does not guarantee immigration outcomes or authority timelines.
- Immigration decisions remain solely with the competent government agencies.

Government non-affiliation
LexoVisa is not affiliated with the following entities or any government authority:
Government authorities alone review applications, determine eligibility, issue visas, residency permits, passports, and citizenship certificates, and make immigration decisions.
No immigration outcome guarantees
Because LexoVisa does not decide immigration matters:
- Immigration outcomes cannot be guaranteed from this Site.
- Visa approvals cannot be guaranteed.
- Government processing times cannot be guaranteed.
- Authorities retain complete discretion.
- LexoVisa cannot influence government decisions.
Payments
Payments to LexoVisa, when they arise under platform subscription or digital services, relate to technology, hosting, maintenance, and digital services—not to issuance of official documents or any authority decision.
Any professional fees for consulting or representation are agreed directly between you and the independent provider identified on the transparency page.
Government, embassy, consular, or official application fees are separate from LexoVisa charges and from the professional’s fees, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing with the relevant party.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Colombian law, LexoVisa—as technology operator of the Site—is not responsible for:
- Advice, representation, or outcomes of professional services delivered by independent third parties.
- Government decisions.
- Changes in immigration laws or policies.
- Embassy or consular policies.
- Delays, additional document requests, or refusals by authorities.
- Decisions based only on general Site content.
- Indirect damages, lost profits, or lost opportunities from use or inability to use the Site.

Nothing here overrides imperative consumer rights where applicable. Liability of the independent professional is governed by their own services agreement and by law.
