Do not send full passports, detailed immigration histories, health data, or third-party documents via open forms or WhatsApp unless the independent professional expressly instructs you.

- Technical data: IP address, device type, pages visited, cookies or similar technologies.
Sensitive data and minors
LexoVisa, as Site operator, does not routinely request sensitive data. If an independent professional needs it for a service, that request and authorization belong to that professional.
The Site is not directed at minors. If a matter involves a minor’s data, processing must occur with parental or guardian authorization.
Legal basis
Site processing is based on your authorization, pre-contractual measures at your request (for example, asking for an appointment), legal duties, and LexoVisa’s legitimate interest in operating a secure lead-generation and delivery platform.
You may revoke authorizations when law allows, without affecting prior lawful processing.
Transfers and cloud tools
We may use technology providers with infrastructure inside or outside Colombia. We require reasonable contractual and security safeguards and inform you when law requires.
If the independent professional submits information to foreign authorities, that processing belongs to their professional relationship with you—not to LexoVisa as a filing authority.
Retention
We retain data as long as needed to operate the Site, deliver leads, handle technical or legal claims, and meet applicable duties. Leads that do not convert may be deleted or anonymized sooner once reasonable response purposes are exhausted.
How to exercise your rights (habeas data)
For requests about the Site and LexoVisa platform, write to contact.lexovisa@gmail.com with subject “Habeas Data – LexoVisa,” or use the Site contact form. Include name, contact method, clear description, and proof of identity.
